During the summer holiday season, many people are outdoors enjoying the sun. In tourist cities like Weimar, the sight of people strolling outside as they appreciate nature and art is everywhere. It’s vacation time, and both locals and visitors try their best to unwind and feel refreshed. While cold ice cream and recreational activities are enjoyable, they cannot truly satisfy or guarantee the deep peace many long for.
Matthew 11:28 says: “Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.”
For this reason, we took the opportunity to share the good news with some of the people in Weimar through singing and one-on-one conversations. Please pray that the people the Lord brought our way will, through the help of the Holy Spirit, open their hearts to the good news. The rest they so desperately need depends on it.
